Prices

Price includes:
Chauffeur, petrol; vehicle and passenger insurance; vehicle maintenance; Swiss VAT.

Price does not include:
Additional services such as extra hours and kilometres; parking fees. Cost of using
motorways, tunnels and telephone; foreign VAT.

Additional prices:
Night surcharge from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. – flat rate 40.00
Surcharge for weekends and public holidays: 40.00 per day
Chauffeur’s expenses: 35.00 per meal (after 4 hours on duty), 180.00 per hotel stay
Child seat: available upon request, 50.00 per order
Tips: at client’s discretion
All prices are in Swiss francs. Prices are valid as from 1.7.2008. We reserve the right to
make changes.

Airport transfers

The chauffeur will be waiting with a name board near the exit (after baggage reclaim and
customs). The chauffeur will wait for max. 1 hour after the plane has landed.

City-to-city transfers

The price includes direct transfer between two destinations. If the client wishes to make a
stop on the way, go shopping or take another route, the additional hours and kilometres will
be invoiced. Waiting time will also be charged. The hourly and daily flat rates will apply.

Hourly and daily flat rates

The prices given are for a specific number of hours and kilometres. If these are exceeded,
any extra hours and kilometres will be charged additionally. Effective waiting time will be
charged at the hourly rate. The assignment begins when the vehicle leaves the garage in
Wollerau and ends upon its return to the garage. The journey to the pickup point and return
trip are counted as working time/kilometres.

Vehicles

Our vehicles are in mint condition. We guarantee to supply a vehicle in the category which
the client has booked. However, LimoDrive reserves the right to provide a cost-free upgrade
or, in exceptional cases, another vehicle of the same standard.

Chauffeurs

Our chauffeurs are reliable, experienced, professional and very courteous. They speak
German and English (In French-speaking Switzerland they speak French and English). Other
languages available upon request.

Reservations

Reservations may be made by telephone, fax, e-mail or online using the reservation form.
The reservation becomes valid only upon written confirmation by LimoDrive.

Method of payment

We accept payment in advance or in cash.

Cancellation costs

An order may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours beforehand. In the case of later
cancellation or no-show, the client will be charged for 1 day.

Liability

LimoDrive accepts no liability for delays caused by the elements, traffic jams, breakdowns,
wrong information concerning pickup time or destination, or any situation that is beyond our
control.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with one of our journeys or services, please send your complaint in
writing to the following address within 8 days: LimoDrive, Ralf Grob, Hauptstrasse 26, CH-8832
Wollerau, Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Wollerau, Switzerland.
